• Payment information: billing details processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: messages sent through in-app chat between patients and dentists.
• Usage data: device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Concourse platform.
• Match you with appropriate dental professionals based on your treatment needs.
• Facilitate communication between you and your dentist.
• Coordinate travel logistics including airport pickup and clinic directions.
• Process payments and send transaction confirmations.
• Send service notifications, booking updates, and support messages.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With dentists: Your dental case information and relevant personal details are shared with dentists who provide quotes and treatments. Dentists only see information necessary to evaluate and treat your case.
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• For legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• With your consent: We may share data in other ways when you explicitly authorize us to do so.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
