Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Concourse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Concourse platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Concourse. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Services

Concourse is a platform that connects patients with licensed dental professionals in South Korea. We facilitate case submission, quote comparison, booking coordination, and communication between patients and dentists. Concourse does not itself provide dental treatment. All treatments are performed by independent dental clinics. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate the connection and coordination process.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Concourse, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your dental condition, medical history, and personal details.
  • Not misuse the platform, including attempting to contact dentists outside the platform to circumvent fees.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including immigration and visa requirements for travel to South Korea.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content through the platform.

5. Payment Terms

Treatment costs are determined by the dentist and presented in their quote. A platform service fee is charged based on your selected service tier (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and is displayed separately before you confirm a booking. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. For multi-visit treatments, payments are split across visits as outlined in the treatment plan. All prices are displayed in both USD and KRW for transparency.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a confirmed booking before arriving in South Korea for a full refund of treatment costs. Platform service fees may be partially non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation. After treatment has begun, refunds are handled directly between you and the dental clinic, subject to the clinic's own cancellation and refund policies. Concourse will assist in mediating disputes but is not liable for refund decisions made by the clinic.

7. Limitation of Liability

Concourse is a coordination platform and does not provide medical or dental services. We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or safety of any dental treatment provided by third-party clinics. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concourse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to treatment complications, travel disruptions, or loss of data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of platform service fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul for any matters not subject to arbitration.
